Salon Policy

  • Must be 18+ with a valid ID to tan

  • Must sign a waiver & skin type form.

  • Protective Eyewear is REQUIRED

  • Children are not allowed in tanning rooms or left unattended in the salon.

  • Only the person tanning is allowed in the room—no exceptions.

  • No pets allowed in the salon except certified service animals.

  • One Tan Per 24 Hours

  • All products are first come, first served. We cannot hold or reserve lotions or boutique items without full payment.

Return & Exchange Policy

At 828 Bronze and Beauty, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:

Time Frame

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 72 hours (3 days) of the original purchase date. After this period, we are unable to accept items back.

Condition of Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be in new, unused condition:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, or fragrances

  • With all original tags still attached

Any items that appear worn, damaged, or missing tags may be refused.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be made for another item of equal value, and are subject to availability. If the item you would like is not in stock, we are happy to issue store credit instead.

Store Credit

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit will be provided in the form of a gift card or digital credit code.

  • Store credit never expires ✨ and may be used toward any future purchase, in-store or online.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry

  • Intimates (bras, bralettes, undergarments)

  • Swimwear

  • Clearance or discounted merchandise

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect each item before it leaves our boutique, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item if possible, or issue store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

Our Right to Refuse

Please note that we reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements.
